Read before proceeding:

  • Please only use Internet Explorer.
  • If IE disappears after clicking Submit button then see below for additional information on how to turn the pop-up blockers off.
  • If you get to question 1 and it would not advance to question 2 please see below for additional instructions.
  • Make sure your resolution is set at least at 1024x768
  • In case of computer crashing or any other reasons that cause IE to close, simply sign back on with the same name and ID.  It should take you back to where you left off. 
  • Please email David Yang at yangsx@jmu.edu if you encountered any problem while testing (please include details.)

 

Additional Instructions:

  • To turn off pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer click on Tools - Pop-up Blocker - Turn Off Pop-up Blocker. If you have other pop-up blocker you must turn it off as well (such as Yahoo, Google's pop-up Blocker, or any security suite that has pop-up blocking features.)

  • To fix the question not advancing problem try the following:

    • Open Internet Explorer and navigate to Tools>Internet
      Options.  

    •  Under the General tab click on "Delete Cookies..." then click OK, click on "Delete Files..." and check "Delete all offline content" then click OK, and click on "Settings..." and make sure it's set on Automatically.
